The Clarke Weld TIG200 AC/DC Inverter Welder is a professionally designed welding machine that benefits from the ability to undertake  TIG and MMA welding . Robustly built and to an exacting standard, it provides a perfect blend of quality construction, power and control that makes it ideal for home, garage, mobile or trade welding applications. The welder features the ability to weld aluminium to a material thickness of 3.0mm and steel to a thickness of 5.0mm, with a peak input power of 6.44kW.
This model has inverter technology that has a high switching frequency, allowing the welder to be more efficient than non-inverter transformer-type welders. Designed with professionals in mind, the welder is easy to use whilst working, this unit comes with a large current control knob – to allow for easy usage when wearing welding gloves – plus, a digital display that shows the variable output current clearly, so you are able to see it through your mask.
This inverter welder is able to output between 5A and 200A dependent on type of welding, with an input voltage of 230V/50Hz. The process of MMA welding uses a coated consumable electrode (stick) to lay the weld; therefore an additional welding kit is not required.
